Warranty Repair Conditions
All washing machines-automatic machines (СМА), produced at the enterprises of "Hover Group", apply one year warranty. Warranty repairs are carried out by special service centers that have the appropriate authority from the manufacturer.
Conditions under which you can get free service:
- The owner of the AGR must comply with the operating rules - they are all set out in the technical instructions attached to each model sold. If the masters of the authorized service come to the conclusion that the manufacturer is not to blame for the incident breakdown, then the owner of the machine will have to pay for the repair.
- The service center must provide correctly completed documents proving the fact and date of sale of the goods.
If the coupon does not have a sale date, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of manufacture.
When buying a washing machine, check that the coupon (certificate) is filled in correctly. It should indicate - the day of sale, the model of the CMA and its serial number. The seller must sign and stamp the selling organization.
If the coupon has errors, corrections or inconsistencies, then it becomes invalid.
When is the warranty not valid?

- There is damage due to natural disasters - fires, floods, etc.
- The device is malfunctioning due to the use of consumables or detergents that are unacceptable to him. For example, powders with excessive foaming.
- An object, an aggressive substance, insects, etc., got inside the device.
- The product does not have a serial number or is not fully readable.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused due to negligence of the user.
